About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Cloud Infrastructure team at Databricks. As a TPM, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our cloud-based data and AI platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale complex projects in cloud infrastructure, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
  • Develop and implement repeatable processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience in cloud infrastructure, with a proven track record of managing large-scale complex projects.
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of cloud computing, serverless architecture, and core infrastructure components.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodology in software development and program management tools such as Jira.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (EE, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering).
