Job Description

Overview:

Sun Auto Tire & Service is a leading provider of automotive services and tire solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing in-depth analysis of company performance and effectively communicating findings to relevant leadership team members.
  • Use historical trends, market conditions, and other information to assist in the monthly rest of year forecasting process.
  • Assist in the annual long-term financial planning process.
  • Work closely with business partners to help drive improvements that will assist the company in reaching overall financial goals.
  • Support evolving initiatives within a fast-growing business.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in Accounting, FP&A, or another relevant field.
  • BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related degree.
  • Retail industry experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts.
  • Willingness to become subject matter expert in area of responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
