Key Responsibilities
  • Thought Leadership: Develop and maintain expertise in federal financial management, including application guidance, methodologies, and industry trends.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, providing trusted guidance and support on complex financial management issues.
  • Financial Analysis: Interpret and analyze complex financial data, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for clients.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of five years of federal financial management experience, with a strong understanding of FASAB, Treasury, GAO, and OMB regulations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, with an MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: CPA, CGFM, or CDFM certifications are highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients.
