Client Experience Specialist

Kestra Financial Independent Advisor is seeking a skilled Client Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling administrative tasks, and identifying opportunities for sales and asset retention.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, plus potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
- Identify opportunities for sales and asset retention
- Collaborate with advisors to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial services products and concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
