Medical Office Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Specialist to join our team at MSO - HCA Methodist Physicians. As a Medical Office Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office functions, including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification
  • Manage filing and retrieving medical records and patient information
  • Assist with collecting and recording co-pays, including balancing the day in the computer
Requirements:
  • One year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred
  • Experience using an EHR system is highly preferred
