NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Job Details:

About the Role:
This 13-week role requires a 40-hour work week with flexibility for operational needs. As an NICU Manager, you will be responsible for supervising 25 direct reports and floating across departments as needed. You will also join on-call rotation with MCH Leaders.
Requirements:
• Active CA RN License
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, LA County Fire Card
• 2-5 years of Level III NICU Director experience
• Clear communication skills
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster (if eligible)
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, benefits include PPE, on-site parking, and scrubs. Local and traveling candidates with skills checklists scoring 3.0 or higher are welcome to apply.
