Job Summary

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Peoria, IL branch to continued growth and success. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing branch production, increasing sales, and developing your employees. You will work closely with your team to ensure excellent customer service and education.

Responsibilities
  • Strategically divide time between maximizing branch production, increasing sales, and developing employees
  • Meet with branch employees weekly to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods
  • Train and guide specialists to excellence, from veterans to new hires
  • Direct administrative assistants to provide high-level customer service and education
  • Work with specialists to maintain efficient routes and use data to strategize and optimize services
  • Communicate with customers to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Motivated with a desire to learn
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
