We are currently seeking a full-time Rehabilitation Case Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting clients in achieving their rehabilitation and fitness objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Patient Coordination: Manage the onboarding process for new patients, ensuring they are scheduled effectively within our electronic medical records system.
  • Attorney Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for attorneys, facilitating the scheduling of their clients.
  • Schedule Management: Oversee and coordinate the schedules of physical therapists and physicians across our various locations.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming communications from attorneys and referral sources, maintain accurate records, and ensure patients are receiving appropriate treatment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to multitask while delivering an outstanding experience for both patients and attorneys.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with clinic staff to enhance patient care and engagement.
  • Familiarity with WebPT or Kareo is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for employment.
