Our organization specializes in a variety of services, including Psychiatry, Off-Site Counseling, On-Site Therapy, and Therapeutic Mentoring. We are committed to fostering a positive impact within the community through our diverse treatment approaches.
Position Details:- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Employment Status: Exempt
Clinical Duties:
- Supervise and mentor all assigned therapeutic staff.
- Manage caseload assignments and coordinate staff activities to ensure effective service delivery.
- Facilitate ongoing clinical collaboration with site directors and supervisors to maintain continuity of care for clients.
- Organize monthly team meetings and group supervision sessions.
- Schedule consultations for complex cases with program leadership as necessary.
- Oversee daily operations for both on-site and off-site staff.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of Medicaid regulations.
- Develop expertise in billing and compensation processes.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with program leadership for updates on progress.
- Participate in monthly site director meetings.
- Train, develop, and retain assigned staff effectively.
- Manage the budget for the assigned site responsibly.
- Act as an EMR super user to assist staff with technical issues.
- Respond promptly to communications from clients, families, and referral sources.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance referral opportunities.
- Ensure efficient management of the referral process.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and documentation standards.
- Ensure all treatment plans are current and properly signed.
- Guarantee compliance with all required training.
- Address feedback from internal and external sources in a timely manner.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensure in the State of Maryland as LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, or LCSW-C is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience in social work or counseling.
- At least three years of management and supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and COMAR standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to lead and manage staff effectively.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
