Overview: As the initial point of contact for Arkansas Children's, this role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment. The representative is tasked with essential functions related to scheduling and registration for outpatient services, ensuring the collection of complete and precise demographic and insurance details.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule patient appointments and ensure that necessary referrals are secured.
2. Strive to meet or surpass productivity and accuracy benchmarks.
3. Welcome and engage patients, families, and visitors to foster a positive initial experience.
4. Conduct registration and discharge processes, including co-payment collection, MyChart activation, and insurance verification.
5. Manage discharge scheduling and confirm follow-up appointments and tests.
6. Demonstrate the ability to register patients in multiple centers as needed.
7. Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient communication, clinic operations, and ongoing care.
8. Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the patient experience, including promoting patient satisfaction surveys.
