ASRC Federal Professional Services is on the lookout for a Program Manager to oversee BASOPS initiatives.

The Program Manager will act as the primary point of contact for the customer and the surrounding community at Wright-Patterson AFB. This role is crucial in ensuring that all tasks performed under the Performance Work Statement (PWS) align with established requirements and responsibilities. The Program Manager is ultimately accountable for all contract-related activities and performance, possessing the authority to make critical decisions regarding contract execution and modifications.

This position involves:

  • Establishing and maintaining a performance-driven organization that utilizes best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver exceptional service and achieve substantial cost efficiencies.
  • Ensuring the effective and efficient operation and maintenance of the customer's facilities, keeping them in top-notch condition.
  • Overseeing and guiding the performance of AFPS personnel and their respective departments, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise, and fostering open communication with staff, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Guaranteeing that all documentation and deliverables are precise, comprehensive, and submitted punctually, along with preparing and delivering formal presentations for various contractual and corporate needs.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on project costs while managing the planning, budgeting, and financial processes.
  • Ensuring adherence to training and certification standards.

Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the necessary expertise, skills, and abilities acquired through training and/or experience to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.

A Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. Advanced certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or P.E. Certification are preferred. Experience in Base Operations Support (BOS) and in a managerial capacity within a government or contracting environment is also essential.
