Manager of RF Threat Analysis and Simulation

As a technical leader, you will oversee the management of business operations, enhance technical capabilities, and drive growth initiatives focused on classified foreign threat analysis, modeling, and simulation. This includes expertise in RF/IR sensor modeling, Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), and the evaluation of foreign kinetic weapon systems. You will lead teams in the modeling of foreign threat radar systems, antennas, and communication technologies.

Your role will involve conducting comprehensive classified analyses to assess the detectability of airborne systems and perform survivability assessments of threat systems in future combat scenarios. You will spearhead business development efforts by expanding classified modeling capabilities, integrating AI/ML technologies, and identifying new market opportunities.

As a senior program manager, you will guide teams in the development and analysis of intricate engineering strategies, technologies, and capabilities. You will be responsible for addressing large-scale, complex technical challenges and supervising first-level managers while fostering the growth of a diverse engineering and software development team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in engineering-based modeling, simulation, and analysis
  • 5+ years of experience in signal processing and radar principles
  • 5+ years of experience managing contracts and complex technical solutions within the Department of Defense or government sector
  • Experience as a technical director or chief engineer overseeing technical planning, research, engineering, and integration of diverse projects
  • Ability to identify business development opportunities within the Air Force and broader Department of Defense market
  • Engagement with key stakeholders to discuss organizational capabilities and services
  • Top Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Management preferred

Clearance:

Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is necessary.
