Overview:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Healthcare Client Relations Specialist dedicated to delivering exceptional patient support by effectively interpreting and documenting the desired outcomes of each individual during consultations. This role requires a thorough, descriptive, and informative approach to understanding and evaluating patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
The Healthcare Client Relations Specialist collaborates closely with both the Surgeon and Practice Manager, ensuring a compassionate and comprehensive assessment of patient needs and concerns.

  • Demonstrates excellent time management skills and maintains respect for the consultation schedule.
  • Establishes strong rapport and trust with each patient interaction, ensuring a superior patient experience.
  • Conducts thorough and informative consultations to identify patient goals and set realistic expectations.
  • Accurately assesses patient needs, medical history, and eligibility requirements during consultations.
  • Partners with the Surgeon to achieve optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintains consistent follow-up on consultations, employing innovative communication methods.
  • Works alongside the Practice Manager to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue potential.

Administrative Duties:
Responsible for documenting all necessary patient information while adhering to HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.

  • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly objectives to formulate action plans for revenue growth.

Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year with uncapped commission opportunities.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma.
Experience in consultative sales with a proven track record of success.
Proficient in software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling tools.
