Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist
Overview:
A dynamic healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to enhance our team. This role offers a long-term career opportunity within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and fax from clients and the public.
- Provide detailed information regarding our testing services and associated costs.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Create new client accounts and process orders accurately.
- Document all interactions and actions taken in the designated database.
- Identify when issues need to be escalated to higher management for further assistance.
- Participate in cross-training initiatives to foster collaboration across departments.
- Communicate customer feedback and internal challenges to the Customer Service Leads or Manager.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
