Technical Project Manager – Crypto Service (PKI)

Location: Hybrid – 3 days Onsite / Week

Contract Type: Long-term engagement with multi-year scope

Opportunity: Direct client engagement

Overview:

The Crypto Services division is seeking a seasoned technical project manager to oversee critical projects and deliverables associated with Apple's Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing extensive projects across various business and functional areas, with a strong focus on security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client teams across the organization to establish requirements and timelines.
  • Organize meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in troubleshooting process and technical challenges during the onboarding phase.
  • Utilize internal ticketing systems to monitor and document project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with established onboarding guidelines and requirements.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Quickly understand technical concepts and effectively summarize and document them.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Showcase interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Cyber Security is essential.
  • Familiarity with Cryptography concepts and PKI is highly desirable; technical writing experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of information security best practices is preferred.
  • Experience with Confluence, JIRA, GitHub, and Splunk is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or the CCADB is beneficial.

Required Skill Sets:

  • Project Management – 2-5 years of experience is required.
  • Agile Project Management – At least 1 year of experience is preferred.
  • Program Management – At least 1 year of experience is preferred.
  • Cryptographic Concepts – At least 1 year of experience is required.
  • Security Certificate Management – At least 1 year of experience is required.
  • Information Management & Security – At least 1 year of experience is required.
  • JIRA – At least 1 year of experience is preferred.
  • Splunk – At least 1 year of experience is preferred.
  • Salesforce – At least 1 year of experience is preferred.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $70/hr - $75/hr. The specific compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the role's scope, complexity, and market conditions, as well as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
