Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Data and Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple data and analytics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Data and Analytics team and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support for the implementation of analytics solutions, particularly those involving Tableau.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: Utilize a deep understanding of supply chain processes to ensure that data and analytics projects align with business needs and industry best practices.
  • JIRA and Confluence Management: Use JIRA for project tracking, issue resolution, and workflow management. Utilize Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Oversee the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement best practices in project management, analytics, and supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management within a supply chain or analytics environment.
  • Proven experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Strong technical background in data analytics and experience with Tableau for reporting and visualization.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
