Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Liaison to join our team at Continuum Care of Sarasota. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our hospice services in the Sarasota and Manatee County area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing and Community Outreach
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote our hospice services to the community, including establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and customers.
  • Organize and participate in sales and marketing events in the community to promote our services.
Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the Sarasota and Manatee County healthcare market.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local healthcare market, including government agencies, major payer groups, and competitor's market positioning.
Strategic Planning and Collaboration
  • Contribute to the development of our organization's strategic plan, including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with our Administrator to implement marketing initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
Communication and Public Relations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, referral sources, and the community through effective communication and public relations.
  • Represent our organization at community events and conferences to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least three (3) years' experience in healthcare marketing management, preferably in hospice care operations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
  • Demonstrates good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
  • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
