Job Overview
We are a rapidly growing Business Development firm, specializing in individualized marketing and sales strategies to meet the needs of our clients. As a driven and professional entry-level Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting our growing consumer base with product inquiries, answering questions, and finalizing the sales process through to delivery.

As an entry-level Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our client's consumers; being a people-person is a plus.


Daily Functions
  • Presentation of our client's products and services to each customer and local business account directly according to their needs and wants
  • Negotiation skills throughout the sales process with both existing and potential customers
  • Customization of product recommendations to each customer and business to increase satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • Maintenance of relationships with customers until product/service is delivered
  • Collaboration with other Sales Development Representatives to ensure ultimate success with current knowledge, market trends, and compliance requirements

Requirements
  • Strong customer service background and communication skills
  • Experience in Account Management, Business Development Representative, and/or Leadership roles preferred
  • A strong work ethic and drive for ultimate success
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • The desire for growth and hunger for knowledge throughout your career
  • Results-driven mentality

Salary and Benefits

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus structure.
