Responsibilities

This part-time/full-time opportunity involves conducting one-to-one ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, community, and in clinic settings. Responsibilities include teaching skills such as communication, social skills, self-help skills, and functional play skills through Applied Behavior Analysis principles. You will also engage in and ensure client safety, maintain confidentiality and professional conduct, and communicate and work collaboratively with the CP team.

Requirements

The requirements for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience executing in-home/direct care, and reliable transportation with a clean driving record. Additionally, CPR & First Aid certification (preferred), laptop and software proficiency, and a smartphone are required. The estimated salary range for this role is $18-$20 per hour, and benefits include health insurance, paid time off, parental leave, professional development assistance, and more.
