About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team at Creative Potential LLC. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and behavioral challenges through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-to-one ABA therapy sessions in client homes, community settings, and clinics
  • Teach skills such as communication, social skills, self-help skills, and functional play skills using ABA principles
  • Accurately record treatment data for programs and behavior reduction goals
  • Ensure client safety and maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health and home health
  • A strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • A clean driving record and reliable transportation
