Enterprise Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Project Manager to join our Implementation & Consulting team at DataScan Technologies, LLC.
About the RoleThis is a Hybrid role working in our Alpharetta, GA office. As an Enterprise Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and following projects to completion impacting the Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all project aspects from initiation through closure through adherence to the project schedule
- Develop & maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Schedule, plan, facilitate, and document all project meetings
- Maintain issue log and manage team to resolve any impediments
- Gather requirements to define scope, schedule, and budget
- Adhere to project constraints based on scope, schedule, budget
- Identify & analyze project risks, creating and executing mitigation plans where necessary
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders via status reports, etc.
- Complete and archive lessons learned artifacts
- Identify changes to constraints and process accompanying change request(s) for approval
- Use problem solving skills to accomplish project objectives
- Independently make informed decisions regarding project deliverables
- Initiate and manage project-oriented vendor relationships where applicable
- Obtain stakeholder buy-in and manage expectations effectively
- Manage more than one simple to moderately complex project concurrently
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certificates, licenses, and registrations required:
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software; Diagramming Tools)
- 1-3 years' experience managing Enterprise-wide projects

- Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
