Project Coordinator Specialist

DataScan Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator Specialist to join our Implementation team in Alpharetta, GA.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing external client projects. This is a hybrid role working from our office, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize project deadlines.
We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes flexible health insurance options, a 401K retirement savings plan, wellness incentives, and paid parental leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Define project goals, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Create project plans and schedules.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client project managers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Coordinate project activities: Track the progress of tasks, ensure team members are on schedule, and follow up with stakeholders for updates.
- Communicate with stakeholders: Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
- Track and report project progress: Monitor project milestones and report updates to Manager.
- Handle project documentation: Keep project documentation organized and up to date, including meeting notes, project schedules, issue logs, status reports, and lessons learned artifacts.
- Manage project risks: Assist in identifying project risks and helping to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years' experience managing external client projects
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; Diagramming Tools (Visio, etc.)
