Job Overview
The Project Manager Lead is responsible for leading project planning, execution, and delivery to improve the success rate of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, methods, tools, and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects, coordinating resources, and tracking progress.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and resources
- Develop and manage project plans, reports, and technical documents
- Ensure effective communication and team coordination
- Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes or resource adjustments
- Track training completion and manage passwords in the training environment

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable profession, business, or technical discipline
- Typically 2+ years of project management experience
- Project Management certification is strongly preferred

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
