Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Lead to join our team at PMCS Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our team is committed to partnering with clients to deliver successful projects that meet their needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, including engineering repair and critical repair
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and district personnel to ensure project completion
  • Oversee the building design process to ensure compliance with LAUSD's standards and guidelines
  • Evaluate architectural firms' qualifications and select the best-suited firm for each project
  • Provide clear direction to architects regarding project goals, objectives, standards, site, schedule, and budget
  • Maintain an effective and efficient design review process to ensure project alignment with overall goals and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing facilities design or capital projects
  • 4 years of experience in educational facilities or similar public agencies
  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture or Engineering
  • A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California State Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors
