About the Role

At HED, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our A/E healthcare design and development projects in California. This senior-level position requires a minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience in the A/E industry, with at least 5 years of direct responsibility for project financial and risk management.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Principal-in-Charge with proposal preparation and negotiation.
  2. Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage client activities and contracts.
  3. Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  4. Schedule and coordinate design and technical reviews.
  5. Participate in marketing efforts and interact with Operations Leaders and Business Leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering, Professional Licensure, and LEED Accreditation. Strong business acumen, leadership, and teamwork skills are essential. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
