TIBA Parking Systems is a global leader in the parking industry, offering innovative solutions for parking access and revenue control systems. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Lead to join our team in the Western States.
Job DescriptionThe Project Management Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for project management initiatives. This includes overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of all projects within the assigned area. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead and manage the regional project management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the regional project management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management leadership roles
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is preferred
- PMP certification is required for this role within one year of acceptance
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
