- Team Management: Lead, guide, and motivate the onsite team to achieve exceptional resident satisfaction and operational performance.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Resident Relations: Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Community Aesthetics: Ensure the property's appearance and amenities meet company standards.
- Third-Party Management: Manage relationships with third-party service providers to ensure high-quality services and compliance with contracts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Experience: More than five years of related experience in multifamily industry and more than one year as Community Manager.
- Certifications: Active state real estate license strongly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and resident relations.
- Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
The Community Director will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to interact with a variety of people and personality types.
