Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team at Zeektek. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for one of our largest clients, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including processing sales orders, and managing customer inquiries.
- Order Management: Handle job order entry ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal recruiters, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Data Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Documentation: Create and manage sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and sales collateral.
- Coordination: Work closely with other departments such as finance, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in a sales administration or similar administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
