Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to foster strong relationships between physician liaisons and practice leaders.
  • Collaborate with the market analytics team to provide actionable insights and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip physician liaisons with the skills and knowledge needed to drive growth and success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to drive practice growth and patient volume.
  • Establish and maintain enduring relationships with key stakeholders, including physician leaders and practice staff.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role, with a proven track record of driving growth and success.
  • Deep understanding of physician practice operations and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
