Job Summary

As an Automotive Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims in a timely manner for each franchise or distributor. Your duties will include verifying criteria required by the factory or distributor, reconciling warranty receivables, and posting credits on the computer. You will also be responsible for resubmitting rejected claims and following up on payment of outstanding claims. Additionally, you will track warranty parts, file and maintain service records, and assist with cashier and telephone duties as needed.
