Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Services Manager to lead our engineering team at Carlisle IT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of engineering projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with process engineers to ensure process capabilities align with customer design requirements
- Ensure expected yield levels are appropriate to meet customer requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/sciences with 5+ years of experience or 15+ years of experience working in a technical engineering role
- 2+ years' experience manufacturing flexible printed circuits, Integrated Circuit Manufacturing or MEMs

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
