**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Arcis Golf. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the entire facility, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct regular walk-throughs to assess the safe and efficient maintenance of the facility
  • Verify completion of routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, outlets, and grounds
  • Perform repairs, replacements, and renovations as needed
  • Develop and implement effective energy management and preventive maintenance programs

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year
