Multifamily Property Manager Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Property Manager to join our team at Indigo Real Estate. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our properties, ensuring excellent resident relations and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of our properties, including resident relations, leasing, collections, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase occupancy, and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our community directors to ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including rent collection, expenses, and revenue tracking.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management, preferably in low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) programs.
- Proven track record of successful property management, with a focus on resident satisfaction, occupancy rates, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
