About the Role

Develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Create process plans and equipment designs, and document process validations. Perform product and process verifications and validations.

Propose, simulate, design, test, and implement improvements to existing products focusing on cost and quality. Maintain bills of materials, drawings, specifications, labels, licenses, and their associated changes.

Resolve obsolescence and supply chain shortages through component selection or design change. Have a good understanding of testing methods and limitations: flying probes, boundary scan, in-circuit, optical, functional testing.
