Key Responsibilities:

Support Specialists assist residents by promoting choice, independence, privacy, respect, and dignity in all interactions. This position involves delivering personal care services and exceptional clinical observation for residents at CRH Northwest.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC/CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification required; Registered Nursing Assistant (NAR) acceptable with proof of graduation from an approved program, a copy of NAR, and on condition that CNA is obtained within 120 days of hire or as state testing becomes available.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • 1 year of caregiving experience and experience working with behavioral health, preferred.
  • Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.
