Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team at Tryon Medical Partners. The successful candidate will provide exceptional account servicing and project support to advance client-centered initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide new client implementation and renewal support, including preparation of client enrollment materials, coordination and assistance with client enrollment meetings, and organization of account details, documents, and work aids for internal use.
  • Complete day-to-day account servicing activities, including patient onboarding, eligibility management, account invoicing, and development and execution of engagement initiatives.
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries or escalate to applicable teams as needed.
  • Attend and assist with client check-ins, including reporting, meeting content preparation, and presentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in healthcare administration or operations, with knowledge of Value-based care preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multiple projects simultaneously, with acute attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
  • Reliable transportation for travel to and from local events.
  • Work consistently requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must be able to lift and support weight of 35 pounds.
  • Ability to concentrate on details.
  • Use of a computer for long periods of time.
