Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Syneos Health Careers. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in developing and managing an assigned territory, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement sales plans by delivering proficient sales presentations to current and prospective customers.
  • Utilize marketing and selling materials, and clinical data to effectively communicate with customers, including physicians, healthcare providers, NPs, and healthcare clinic personnel.
  • Identify and monitor local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships, drive product promotion solutions, and execute marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action, with a focus on growing market share/volume of client products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Life Science Sales required
  • Experience in Diabetes or Endocrinology strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of success
  • Must live within the territory or within territory boundaries
Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-starter, driver, and highly motivated to succeed
  • Strong communication, business analytics, and account management skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
