Showroom Sales Associate

The Norfolk Companies, a respected name in kitchen and bath design for over four decades, is seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our showroom operations. We pride ourselves on delivering stunning designs alongside unparalleled service, and we are looking for a Showroom Sales Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our customer interactions.

The Showroom Sales Coordinator is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting customers and designers while managing workflow efficiently. Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of our mission, and this role will be instrumental in achieving that goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, whether they reach out via email, web appointments, or in-person visits.
- Assess customer needs and interests, guiding them through our offerings and connecting them with our skilled designers.
- Maintain an inviting showroom atmosphere by ensuring displays are well-kept and marketing materials are up-to-date.
- Support sales efforts by promoting products such as vanities and hardware.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Friendly and courteous approach with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Proficient in using the internet for product research and information sourcing.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer-facing role is essential.
- A minimum of two years in a sales or retail environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Familiarity with kitchen cabinet products is advantageous.
Work Environment:
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
- Comfortable working on a computer for data analysis.
- Physical capability to walk, bend, and stand as needed.
- Professional appearance is required.
- Must be able to lift and/or pull items weighing over 30 lbs.
