The Sales Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring daily operations run seamlessly by assisting clients, designers, and managing workflow.

Providing exceptional customer service is one of our core principles, and the Coordinator will be at the forefront of this mission.


This position is ideal for individuals with experience in office management or front desk administrative roles in a fast-paced setting.

As this is a customer-facing role, professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients reaching out through various channels.
  • Assess customer needs and understand their decision-making process.
  • Introduce clients to our offerings as they explore our showroom and connect them with our skilled designers.
  • Engage in product sales, including vanities, hardware, and other items.
  • Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring displays are well-kept and marketing materials are current.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Professional and pleasant telephone demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop.
  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.
  • Friendly, courteous, and professional with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in utilizing the internet for product research and information.
  • Committed to maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual skills are advantageous.

Education and Experience:
  • Experience in managing a front office or similar environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role within a sales or retail context.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of kitchen cabinet products is beneficial.
  • Prior experience with HubSpot is a plus.

Work Environment:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of working on a PC for data analysis over long durations.
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, and stand as needed.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance is essential.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and medical examination if required.
  • Must be able to lift and/or pull over 30 lbs.
