Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our White House Black Market store. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing a personalized shopping experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing sales techniques, communicating product knowledge, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as product information, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, handling payments, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Participate in visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations, to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Support replenishment activities, including receiving and processing merchandise, to ensure the store is fully stocked and abundant.
  • Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular attendance and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Constant walking and standing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent climbing.
