Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Harmony Roze Staffing & Recruiting. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and managing client relationships to drive business growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention, including proactive issue resolution and timely communication.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they are equipped to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, customer support, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with CRM software and other business systems.
