This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and the option to work from home the remainder of the week.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of customer service/call center experience, strong verbal and written skills, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities include providing routine customer service billing support, answering incoming phone calls, emails, and mail, and maintaining customer portfolio integrity.
