Billing Coordinator

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:

  • Our client is a prominent non-profit entity with a century-long history, currently seeking to enhance their Accounting Team with a Billing Coordinator.
  • This organization boasts a robust operating budget exceeding $100 million and manages over 50 diverse programs.
  • The mission of our client centers on delivering essential support to children, audits, and families across various communities in the Tri-State region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BILLING COORDINATOR:
  • Manage billing processes, collections, and accounts receivable functions.
  • Generate and prepare Ageing Reports.
  • Support the preparation of audits.
  • Compile and submit weekly financial reports to the Finance Department.
  • Engage in ad hoc assignments and projects as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BILLING COORDINATOR:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Experience with Medicaid Billing is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling substantial data volumes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential.
