KPMG is seeking a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer to enhance our Tax Technology Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain automation scripts to optimize the Azure environment, improving operational effectiveness.
  • Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructures that underpin our essential enterprise systems, ensuring their reliability.
  • Act as a Cloud DevOps expert, fostering innovation and disseminating knowledge within the team.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes and Cloud automation tools, encouraging standardization and knowledge transfer.
  • Oversee Cloud patching, security updates, and vulnerability management to maintain system integrity.
  • Work collaboratively with application teams for the deployment of both new and existing applications, promoting cross-functional cooperation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of recent experience in Cloud DevOps, particularly in managing and engineering Azure environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing automation scripts and managing large-scale, mission-critical enterprise systems.
  • Proven expertise in Cloud patching, security updates, and vulnerability management.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a solid understanding of Azure Services, Networking, and Security, with experience working closely with application teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of creating and updating documentation for processes and Cloud automation tools.
