Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant with government experience to join our team at H & R Computer Consulting Services. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to CISA Offices and Division executives, utilizing their expertise to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, and handle information requests to support CISA Offices and Division executives.
  • Provide internal guidance and coordination on administrative functions, management controls, metrics development, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in facilitating coordination, response, and monitoring of all document requests and correspondence for internal and external taskers using a SharePoint system.
  • Coordinate and prepare travel arrangements, authorizations, and vouchers on behalf of staff through the CISA travel system.
  • Write and edit memos, develop spreadsheets, file documents, and prepare correspondence, briefs, and reports for review/approval by Government staff.
  • Schedule meetings, organize and maintain calendars for CISA staff, and take meeting minutes/notes for government approval.
  • Ensure compliance with current administrative policies and task requirements, executive secretariat guidelines, formats, and procedures.
  • Review and analyze accuracy of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity of writing for proposed tasker responses.
  • Provide logistics support for on-site events, including coordinating teleconferences, video teleconferences, meeting registration, and room reservations.
  • Plan and facilitate working sessions to identify and coordinate actions to address exercise findings and lessons learned in after-action reports.
  • Organize briefing materials and action items by preparing binders or folders for staff, leadership, and/or client program offices.
  • Manage records in accordance with the DHS Records Management Policy by reviewing, filing, scheduling, and archiving documents.
