We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented individual to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow our business organically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to increase revenue
  • Advise clients on new and additional insurance needs
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain agency systems
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and skilled negotiator
  • Strong technical capacity with knowledge of Microsoft Office software products
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
