Job Description: As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strong client relationships, drive retention and growth, and oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. You will also use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and growth.
  • Policy Reviews and Recommendations: Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Complex Issue Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you should have experience in insurance sales or account management, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
