About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at GardaWorld. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and their visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Security Operations: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, observing and reporting on any suspicious activity or potential security threats.
  • Critical Response: Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations, using your judgment and training to resolve issues and ensure the safety of all parties involved.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, security breaches, and other relevant events, using your writing skills to produce clear and concise reports.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, ensuring that you are always up-to-date on the latest security protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Screening Process: Pass an extensive background screening process, including a thorough review of your employment history, education, and personal references.
  • Security Experience: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Licensing: Possess a valid state license to work in security, if required by law.
