  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
  • Lead and participate in regular testing and exercises to ensure the effectiveness of our BCM programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology and development teams, to ensure seamless integration of BCM initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective BCM programs.
