About the Role:**Position:** Internship - Operations

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Support the management of daily operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and inventory management to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows, resulting in increased productivity and reduced costs.
- Participate in the coordination of projects and ensure timely completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Help prepare operational reports and presentations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications:**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
